摘　　要：托管型分馆是利用社会资源,采用多级投入、集中管理的形式,实现文献资源共建共享的一种图书馆分馆建设模式。笔者结合厦门图书馆分馆建设的实践经验,通过对托管型分馆的管理及运作模式、特点及实际效果的探讨,为图书馆依托社会资源创办分馆寻求有效途径。The entrusted branch library is a kind of branch library construction mode which is invested by local governments and managed by the center library. Based on the practical experience of the branch library of Xiamen Library, the author discusses the management, operation, distinguishing feature and actual results of the entrusted branch library, and tries to find an effective way to construct branch libraries relying on society resources.
