摘　　要：高等学校实验室管理部门的主要任务之一,是实验室经费的管理和使用。如何科学地统筹规划、合理安排运用有效的管理手段和方法,最大限度地发挥实验室经费的社会效益,是进行决策性管理的重要课题之一。对高等学校实验室经费管理问题谈一点想法。The management and utilization of the lab funds is the main task of the office of the lab management in university. The scientific overall - plan, reasonable arrangement and utilization of the management tools and ways for getting the ultimate social efficiency of the lab funds are the main topics of the strategic management. A primary study according to the management for the lab funds in the university is presented in this paper.
