摘 要:叙述了近年来催化加氢还原法合成氯代苯胺的最新研究进展。化学还原法合成氯代苯胺由于其环境不友好等原因将逐渐被催化加氢还原法取代。但环境友好的催化加氢还原法却面临着选择性的挑战,通过添加脱卤抑制剂和改善催化剂性能2条途径可以解决催化加氢还原法中的选择性问题。认为通过调控活性金属粒子的大小来抑制脱氯反应的发生可能是一种最可取的方法。The recent progresses on the study of catalytic hydrogenation for chloroaniline synthesis were reviewed.The chemical reduction for chloroaniline synthesis was generally considered to be replaced by the catalytic hydrogenation due to the heavy pollution.However,a great challenge was met for the catalytic hydrogenation technology due to the requirement of high selectivity.Addition of some dehalogenation inhibitor or the improvement of the catalytic performance of catalyst should be two effective ways to increase the selectivity to chloroaniline.And it was proposed that the regulation of the active metal particle size should be the most desirable method to suppress the occurrence of dechlorination reactions probably.
