摘  要:以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、苯乙烯(St)和丙烯酸乙酯(EA)为单体,十二烷基硫酸钠(K-12)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,通过普通无规乳液共聚和核壳乳液聚合方法合成了窄分散的三元共聚物乳液。对普通无规乳液共聚中丙烯酸乙酯单体加入量和核壳乳液聚合中不同投料顺序对单体转化率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:三元无规乳液共聚中,转化率随着丙烯酸乙酯单体加入量的增加而增大;核壳乳液聚合中,以醋酸乙烯酯均聚物和P(VAc-EA)共聚物为核的核壳乳液聚合,转化率高于以苯乙烯均聚物或P(S-EA)共聚物为核的核壳乳液聚合。The narrow distribution terpolymer latices were synthesized by emulsion copolymerization with VAc, St and EA as comonomers, K-12 and OP-10. as emulsifiers, KPS as initiator. The influences of some factors on conversion such as the content of EA on random emulsion copolymerization and different polymers as core on core-shell emulsion polymerization were studied. The results showed that the conversion of random emulsion copolymerization increased with an increase in the content of EA; the conversion of core-shell emulsion polymerization used PVAc or P(VAc-EA) as core was higher than that which used PS or P(S-EA ) as core.
