摘 要:探讨了固定化活体黑曲霉作为去除制革染色加脂废水中COD与色度的一种新生物材料的可行性。首先采用粉末活性炭包埋活体黑曲霉的方法制成固定化黑曲霉,以活性炭作为对比样,探究固定化黑曲霉在不同pH值条件下去除制革废水中COD的效果和长效性;研究了pH值、时间、温度、用量对固定化黑曲霉去除染色加脂废水中COD与色度的影响。结果表明,固定化黑曲霉与活性炭对染色加脂废水的COD去除效果相差不大,但前者的长效性要优于后者;在pH值为4.0、温度为30℃、时间为25 h、用量为150.0 g/L时,固定化黑曲霉去除制革染色加脂废水中COD与色度的效果较好。该固定化技术为去除制革染色加脂废水的COD与色度提供了参考。Immobilized Aspergullus niger was investigated as a new biomaterial to remove COD and chrominance in tannery wastewater of dyeing and fatliquoring. Aspergullus niger was embedded in powdered activated carbon to prepare immobilized AsperguUus niger. To detect its effect, COD in tannery wastewater was removed by immobilized AsperguUus niger at different pH with activated carbon as a control. Its long-term effect was obtained through reusing it. Then, COD and chrominance in tannery wastewater were removed by immobilized Aspergullus niger at different pH, time, temperature and biomass. The results showed that the COD removal effect of immobilized Aspergullus niger was nearly the same as activated carbon, however, the former kept better long-term effect than the latter; the removal effect for COD and chrominance with immobilized Asporgullus niger was better when pH was 4. 0, or temperature was 30℃, or it was used for 25 h, or the immobilized Aspergullus niger was 150.0 g/L. The experiments demonstrated that the immobilized Aspergullus niger could be selected as a new biomaterial to remove COD and chrominance in tannery wastewater.
