自由人槭‘秋焰’组织培养中外植体的选择研究

摘　　要：以自由人槭‘秋焰’当年生枝不同节位的茎段为外植体,研究了不同外植体对初代培养的影响。结果表明:半木质化的第三节和第四节是最佳初代培养外植体,幼嫩及木质化程度高的茎段褐化率高,均不适合做外植体。The effects of different explants in different nodal positons of new shoots in Acer × freemanii ‘Autumn Blaze＇ on primary culture were studied. The results were as follows： semi-- lignified stem segments such as the third and the fourth nodes were the optimal explants. The browning rates of young and lignified stem segments were high, which were unsuitable to select as explants in tissue culture.
