摘  要:田间喷施001mg/L的三十烷醇磷酸酯钾或05mg/L的三十烷醇都能显著改善同源四倍体大麦的产量性状且改善的程度相当,使穗颈长度从24cm延长到37cm,减少包颈的发生率,穗重从1145g提高到1338g,结实率从750%提高到795%,千粒重从43638g增加到50031g.Field spreading of either TPK(potassium hydrogen 1-triacontyl phosphate, with the concentration of 0.01 mg/L) or TA(triacontanol, with the concentration of 0.5mg/L) could obviously improve the yield traits in autotetraploid barley, and their degrees of improvement were almost the same. In result, the length of spike neck was exserted from 2.4cm to 3.7cm, and the incidence of spike wrapping was reduced. At the same time, the spike weight from 1.145g to 1.338g, the seed setting percentage from 75.0% to 79.5%, and 1000-grain weight from 43.638g to 50.031g were increased respectively.
