摘 要:目的评价湖北省以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合防治措施初期实施效果。方法在湖北省4个疫情较重的血吸虫病流行县(市、区),选择8个疫情较严重的流行村(项目村)为试点,开展改水改厕、建沼气池、安全用水、耕牛淘汰等以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合防治措施,调查项目实施后的血吸虫病疫情控制效果。结果项目实施1~2年后,8个项目村改厕和建沼气池覆盖率、安全用水覆盖率和耕牛淘汰率分别为37.1%、65.9%和18.4%;人群血吸虫感染率下降了71.99%,耕牛血吸虫感染率下降了70.66%,阳性螺密度下降了76.75%,钉螺感染率下降了58.97%。结论实施以传染源控制为主的综合防治措施可以有效控制血吸虫病流行。Objective To evaluate the preliminary effect of the comprehensive measures with emphasis on infectious source control for schistosomiasis control in Hubei Province. Methods Eight highly endemic villages (pilot villages) in 4 counties (districts) of Hubei Province were selected as the study areas to investigate the control effect of the comprehensive control measure including "sanitary lavatoried and methane-generating pits","safe water supply","elimination of cattle" ,and so on after 1 or 2 years. Results After 1 or 2 years of implementing the comprehensive control measures,37.1% households had sanitary lavatoried and methane-generating pits in 8 villages,65.9% of households had safe water supply,the cattle elimination rate was 18.4%,and the schistosome infection rate of residents reduced by 71.99%,the infection rate of cattle reduced by 70.66%,the density of infected snails reduced by 76.75% and the infection rate of snails reduced by 58.97%,respectively.Conclusion The preliminary effect indicates that the comprehensive measures with emphasis on infectious source control can effectively control the transmission of schistosomiasis.
