粪便中华支睾吸虫虫卵与灵芝孢子鉴别  

Identification between the eggs of Clonorchis sinensis and lucidum spores

摘　　要：本文通过显微镜观察服用过灵芝类保健品患者的粪便涂片及正常华支睾吸虫虫卵涂片。灵芝孢子为长圆形、壁厚、无盖、无肩峰和小棘,内无毛蚴;而华支睾吸虫虫卵似芝麻粒,呈淡黄褐色,有卵盖及肩峰结构,卵壳内含有一成熟毛蚴。在常规涂片镜检中应仔细观察,正确鉴别,以防误诊。The fecal smears of patients who had taken health products with lucidum spores and the smears of normal Clonorchis sinensis eggs were observed under a microscope. Lucidum spore,which had a long circular shape and a thick wall,contained no miracidium inside and had no egg lid,acromion and spine. While the egg of Clonorchis sinenesis with a color of light yellow brown,which looked like the sesame,had the structures of egg lip and acromion and contained a mature miracidum in it. In the routine microscope examination,the two materials should be observed carefully and identified correctly to avoid misdiagnosis.
