摘　　要：生长抑素是一种典型的脑肠肽,广泛分布于全身及胃肠道各组织器官中,具有抑制生长激素分泌,抑制胃酸、胃蛋白酶释放的功能,能减少内脏血流,并能减少胰腺的内、外分泌以及胃小肠和胆囊的分泌,对胰腺细胞具有保护作用的多肽类激素。本文就SS及其在临床应用的研究现状作一综述。Somatostatin is a typical brain-gut peptide, which is widely distributed in various tissues and organs of the body and the gastrointestinal tract,SS can inhibit the secretion of growth hormone,inhibit the release of gastric acid and pepsin. It can reduce the splancbnic blood flow,and reduce the secretion of the pancreas, the stomachthe small intestine,gallbladder. SS plays a protective role of peptide hormones. This article will review on the research of SS and its clinical applications.
