摘 要:[目的]摸清绵阳市学校生活饮用水水质卫生状况,为学校生活饮用水卫生监督、监测提供科学依据。[方法]对2007年绵阳市682所大中专院校、中、小学校生活饮用水水质卫生调查与微生物指标检测资料进行分析。[结果]检测水样1 128份,微生物指标合格的777份,合格率为66.88%。检测合格率,市政供水为81.11%,自备供水为56.01%,二次供水为71.59%(P<0.01);大中专院校水样为88.46%,中小学校水样为67.94%(P<0.01)。1 128份水样中,菌落总数合格率为83.51%,大肠菌群合格率为89.54%,游离性余氯合格率为76.68%。卫生许可证持证率,使用自备供水的学校为80.73%,使用二次供水的学校为93.55%(P>0.05);从业人员健康证持证率,自备供水学校为97.44%,二次供水学校为95.83%(P>0.05)。调查182名从业人员,现场提问卫生知识和相关法律、法规知识知晓率为61.95%,水质消毒知识知晓率为62.91%。[结论]绵阳市学校生活饮用水微生物指标合格率较低,从业人员卫生知识水平较低。[Objective]To understand the hygienic status of drinking water in schools of Mianyang city, provide scientific basis for health supervision and monitoring of drinking water quality in schools. [Methods]Data of drinking water quality investigation and microbial index test in 682 universities, technical secondary schools, middle and primary schools in Mianyang in 2007 were analyzed. [Resuits]l 128 water samples were tested,777 of them were qualified for microbial index,accounting for 66.88 %. The qualification rate was 81.11%, 56.01%, 71.59 % ( P 0.01), 88.46 % and 67.94 % ( P 〈0.01) of the water samples from the water supply of municipal administration, self-supply drinking water, second water supply, university,technical secondary schools,middle and primary schools respectively. Of the 1 128 water samples, the qualified rate of total colony, coli group and free residual chlorine was 83.51%,89. 54% and 76.68% respectively. 80.73% and 97.44% of the schools with self-drinking water supply had hygienic license and health certificate while 93.55% and 95.83% of the schools with secondary water supply had hygienic license and health certificate ( P 〉0.05). Of the 182 employees investigated, the awareness rate of health knowledge and related laws and regulations knowledge was 61.95 % and the knowledge of water disinfection was 62.91%. [Conclusion]The qualification rate of microbial index of drinking water quality was lower in schools in Mianyang. Health knowledge level of employees was lower.
