血清C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者不同时期血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平及其意义。方法用免疫荧光双抗体夹心法检疫100例T2DM患者的血清CRP水平,其中无糖尿病肾病(DN)组55例,早期DN组25例,临床DN组20例,并与50例健康人对照比较。结果无DN组、早期DN组及临床DN组患者的血清CRP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);早期DN组,临床DN组患者血清CRP水平明显高于无DN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);临床DN组患者血清CRP水平高于早期DN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清CRP水平检测对T2DM早期诊断和病情分析有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the patients with T2DM in different periods of the serum CRP level and its significance. Methods Using the method of immunofluorescence double-antibody sandwich to assay the serum CRP level of 100 cases of T2 DM patientsr among whom 55 cases with our DN 25 cases with early period of DN and 20 cases with clinical DN,and compare them with 50 healthy cases. Results The serum CRP lvevl of the patients in non-DN,period of DN,and clinical DN group is obviously higher than that of the compared group （P〈0.01） ,the serun CRP level of the group of period of DN and clinical DN group is obviously higher than that of the DN group （P 〈0.01） ,and the serum CRP level of the clinical DN group is higher than that of the period of non DN group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The analysis of serum CRP level has an important clinic value in the early diagnose and detection of the illness of the patients with T 2 DM.
