摘　　要：人血浆组分Ⅲ经Lys－Sepharose4B和SephadexG－200柱层析分离，得到分子量为90000的纯品纤维蛋白溶解酶原（HPg）．其作用的最适PH、温度、离子强度分别为6.0，25℃和0．05mol／L．Zn2＋对HPg活性有明显抑制作用；Mg2＋，Li＋，Ca2＋等离子显示了不同程度的激活作用．Plasminogen (HPg MW=90 000) was purified from human fresh cohn fraction Ⅲ by L-lysine Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography and Sephadex G-200 gel filtration. The further study of its properties showed that optimal PH, temperature and ion strength for its activity were 6. 0, 25℃ and 0. 05 mol/L, respectively, Zn21 had an inhibitory effect on HPg, but some other ions. such as Mg2+Li+, Ca2+, could increase its activity to different extents.
