摘  要:目的:为饮水中的微囊藻毒素(MCS)监测提供灵敏而可靠的分析方法。方法:水样经固相萃取柱(ENVI-C18,5 g/20 ml)富集,甲醇洗脱和浓缩,用Discovery C18色谱柱(250 mm×3 mm ID;5μm)分离MCS,离子阱质谱检测。结果:纯净水中加入的3种MC的回收率在89.5%-94.5%;RSD为1.25%-2.12%,检出限分别为MC-RR 0.060μg/L、YR0.058μg/L、LR 0.048μg/L。结论:建立的方法快速、准确,能满足测定饮水中MCS的要求。Objictive:To provide a sensitive and reliable method for the determination of Microcystins(MCS)in drinking water.Methods:The analyte was preconcentrated with ENVI-18 solid phsse extration(SPE)colum.The eluate was concentrated by N2 gas.The target compounds were determined by HPLC/MS.Results:The tanget compounds showed good linearity up to 2.0 μg/ml and detection limit from 0.048 to 0.060 μg/L.The proposed method was applied to pure water with the recovery in the range of 89.5%~94.5% and RSD from 1.25% to 2.12% for MC-RR,YR,LR.Conclusion:The proposed method is sensitive and precise for the determination of MCS in drinking water.
