摘 要:以毛竹为实验材料,采用自主研发的植物短纤维力学性能测试仪对133根毛竹纤维的纵向力学性能进行了测量。该技术采用球槽型夹紧方式,解决了植物短纤维难以夹持,以及测试过程中纤维的扭转和剪切问题,测得平均断裂载荷为158.0mN,平均纵向抗拉强度为752.0MPa,平均纵向弹性模量为23.3GPa,平均断裂应变为3.34%。另外,研究了被拉伸纤维的初始长度对纵向力学性质的影响。Bamboo is the important raw material of pulp and paper making, and bamboo fiber is the most important physical unit of bamboo. 133 single fibers of Moso bamboo were tested by using SF-Microtester I developed by our laboratory, which was the microtester apparatus using for the longitudinal mechanical properties measurement of short vegetable fibres. The results showed that the average fracture force and fracture strain were 158.0 mN and 3.34% , respectively. The average tensile strength was 752. 0 MPa. The average longitudinal elastic modulus was 23.3 GPa. The ball-and-socket type clamping method was used which permitted the fiber to rotate freely, it solved the difficulty in clamping the short fibers, and the phenomenon of sheafing fracture induced by twisting was avoided. The influence of testing span of single fiber from Moso bamboo on mechanical properties was also discussed.
