摘 要:采用吹扫捕集-顶空气相色谱法(P&T-GC)和顶空气相色谱法(HS-GC)对卷烟包装材料中残留的挥发性有机物进行检测,结果表明,P&T-GC方法的检出限为0.015~0.42ng/cm2,平均回收率91.3%~99.4%,相对标准偏差0.17%~2.74%;HS-GC方法的检出限为0.20~7.00ng/cm2,平均回收率89.1%~99.2%,相对标准偏差0.96%~3.23%;P&T-GC法比HS-GC法增加了对异丙苯、苯乙烯和苯甲醛的检测,并且P&T-GC方法能使间二甲苯和对二甲苯分离并准确定量;利用P&T-GC法检测到卷烟包装材料中残留的挥发性有机物含量要比HS-GC法高;P&T-GC法更适合用于包装材料质量控制。The determination of volatile organic compounds in cigarette packaging material was carried out by using Purge and Trap-Gas Chromatography and Static Headspace-Gas Chromatography. The results indicated that: detection limit of P&T-GC method was 0. 015 -0.42 ng/ cm2, the average recovery rates ranged from 91.3% to 99.4%, and the RSD values were 0.17% to 2.74% ; detection limit of HS-GC meth- od was 0.20 -7.00 ng/cm2, the average recovery rates ranged from 89.1% to 99.2% , and the RSD values were 0.96% to 3.23%. Cumene, styrene and benzaldehyde were detected by P&T-GC but not detected by HS-GC. M-xylene was separated successfully from p-xylene by P&T-GC. The volatile organic compounds contents in cigarette packaging material detected by P&T-GC were higher than HS-GC. P&T-GC provides a reliable method for the determination of volatile organic compounds in cigarette packaging material and can be used in quality control.
