摘  要:间冷式电冰箱通过空气流量分配来调节冷却空间的储藏温度,与直冷式电冰箱相比,其冷却空间流场与温度场的分布特性更引人关注.文中以某种间冷式电冰箱为对象,对其进行适当的几何简化,建立相应的物理数学模型,并采用属性标志辨别法来通用化地处理该类问题.以PHOENICS软件为数值计算平台,计算结果与相应的特征点实验相比较,验证了所建模型的准确性.从数值计算结果中分析发现,对于间冷式电冰箱,浮升力的影响可以忽略.该方法可为间冷式电冰箱风道阻力特性的改进提供参考.In comparison with directcool refrigerator, the distribution characteristics of flow and temperature in cooled rooms of indirectcool refrigerator have been paid more attention. Numerical calculation on gassolid coupled heat transfer with complicated geometry is of considerable academic research value. One type of certain brand indirectcool refrigerator is taken as an illustration. After suitable geometric simplifying as well as physical and mathematical modeling, an attribute flag identification method (AFIM) is presented for the numerical calculation on gassolid coupled heat transfer with complicated geometry. Numerical calculation is performed on the platform of PHOENICS. After the numerical results being compared with the experiment results of typical point, the accuracy of the models is verified. From the analysis on the numerical calculation results, it shows that the influence of buoyancy is negligible for the calculation on indirectcool refrigerator. This research method can give an instructional suggestion to improve air tunnel resistance characteristics of indirectcool refrigerator.
