药品零差价政策对北下关社区卫生服务中心药品处方的影响

摘　　要：目的研究药品零差价政策对北下关社区卫生服务中心药品处方的影响。方法采用医院计算机系统,对药品零差价政策实施前后,即2005-12-26至2006-12-25和2006-12-26至2007-12-25两个时间段的就诊人数、各项医疗收入、药品处方进行统计。结果药品零差价政策改变了医师的处方习惯,减少了患者的药费支出,改变了患者的治疗习惯。增加了就诊人数和处方数。但是同时也反映出一定的问题。结论药品零差价政策是一项成功的政策,可让利于民。Objective To investigate the effects of medicine zero spreads policy on Beixiaguan Community Health Service Center. Methods Patients＇ amount, therapy income and prescriptions before and after policy were summarized and analyzed by statistic software. Results Medicine zero spreads policy reduced the outcome of patients and has changed attendance habits of patients. However, several problems were observed. Conclusions Medicine zero spreads policy is a successful policy. It let conducive to patients.
