摘 要:针对二进制编码在配电网络重构中产生大量不可行解,难以获得全局最优解的问题,重点研究了基于简化策略整数的遗传算法编码规则,通过引入退火罚因子设计动态罚函数处理约束条件,建立了基于改进遗传算法的配电网络重构优化算法。结果表明,该算法可以快速有效地得到配电网络重构的全局优化方案,降低网损,提高运算效率,该算法对其他领域最小生成树问题的求解也有一定借鉴意义。In the light that the binary system coding in the rehabilitation of power distribution network could produce a large number of incalculable solutions, it is difficult to get the full best solution. This paper studies on emphasis the genetic algorithm coding rules based on the simplification integer. Based on the import of some limitation conditions, it established the optimal algorithm of power distribution network rehabilitation based on improved genetic algorithm. The results showed that such algorithm can quickly and effectively gain full optimization scheme of power distribution network rehabilitation, reduce the network losses and enhance the calculation efficiency. Such algorithm is of reference significance for the solution of minimum spanning tree in other field.
