摘 要:新型的三相应急电源系统(EPS)采用飞轮电池作为其储能电源,利用飞轮电池高能量密度,绿色环保等优点来满足EPS的高能量、绿色化要求。飞轮电池充放电均采用智能矢量控制,其放电直流输出经过DC升压电路和PWM逆变器后为电厂输电配电网提供快速的响应容量。数字仿真结果验证了此EPS能够有效提高电力系统的稳定性、可靠性和电能质量。A novel three-phase emergency power supply system (EPS) adopts the flywheel battery as its power storage source, taking the advantages of the high energy density and green environmental protection of flywheel battery to meet the needs of high-energy and green power of EPS. The intelligent vector control was applied to charge and discharge the flywheel battery, and the DC boost circuit was used to raise flywheel's discharging DC output and a PWM inverter following, to provide quick response capacity for power transmission and distribution network. Digital simulation results verified that the new EPS can effectively improve the stability, reliability and power quality of the power system.
