摘　　要：目的:建立瘀创灵凝胶中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法:用HPLC方法对制剂中所含的延胡索乙素进行含量测定研究。采用ZORBAXSB-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH至6.0)(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,柱温35℃,流速0.8mL·min-1。结果:延胡索乙素在0.11～1.15μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=1.8%)。结论:此方法操作简便、可靠,重现性好,专属性强,能有效控制该制剂的质量。Objective：To establisha HPLC method for determination ofTetrahydropalmatine in Yuchuangling Gels. Methods： The liquid chromatography was carried out using Zorbax SB-C18 （5μm,4.6mm×250mm） , with detection wavelength at 280nm. The mobile phase was compond of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（adjust the pH to 6.0 with triethylamine） （60：40）, the column temperature was 35℃and the flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1.Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.11 -1.15μg （r=0.9999）. The average recoveries was 101.36% （RSD=2.01%） .Conclusion： The method establishied in this paper can be adopt for the compound.This method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.
