中国省域软科学研究机构竞争力评价与发展趋势研究

摘　　要：本文根据中国省域软科学研究机构竞争力的内涵与特征构建了中国省域软科学研究机构竞争力评价指标体系,对中国省域1986-2006年度软科学研究机构竞争力发展水平进行了综合评价,并对中国省域2007-2016年度软科学研究机构竞争力发展趋势进行了预测分析,得到初步结论。本文在此基础之上,提出了提升中国省域软科学研究机构竞争力的对策建议。The article according to the connotation and characteristic of China province area soft science research institution competition ability set up the evaluation indicators system of China province area soft science research institution competition ability. The article carried on a comprehensive evaluation to the development levels of China province area soft science research institution competition ability during 1986 -2006 and carried on a estimate analysis to the development trend of China province area soft science research institution competition ability during 2007 - 2016 and get the first step conclusion. On this foundation, the article put forward the counterplan and the suggestion to promote the competition ability of China province area soft science research institution.
