逍遥散及其组方对行为绝望抑郁模型小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过比较逍遥散及其组方抗抑郁作用的差异,明确该方抗抑郁作用的主要配伍药物。方法:采用小鼠自主活动测定、悬尾模型及强迫游泳模型观察逍遥散及其组方的抗抑郁作用。结果:逍遥散全方、柴胡、归芍(当归伍白芍)、柴胡+归芍、全方去柴胡、全方去归芍组,均能不同程度地缩短行为绝望抑郁模型小鼠的不动时间,但全方去(柴胡+归芍)组却未表现出作用。不同组别比较,柴胡组优于归芍组,柴胡+归芍组优于柴胡、归芍组,全方去柴胡组弱于全方去归芍组,且全方作用不及柴胡+归芍组。所有药物组在所试剂量下均不影响小鼠的自主活动。结论:柴胡、白芍、当归是逍遥散发挥抗抑郁作用的主要配伍药物,证实了其在方中的君、臣药地位。Objective： To compare the anti - depression effects of Xiaoyao Power and its components on despair models of depression in mice, so as to investigate the key composition parts of prescription for its anti - depression effect. Methods： The auto locomotor activity detecting, tail suspension test and forced swimming test were adopted to observe the anti -depression effects of Xiaoyao Power and its components. Results： Compared with control group, Xiaoyao Power, single Chaihu, Danggui and Baishao compatibility, Chaihu with Danggui and Baishao compatibility, Xiaoyao Power without Chaihu, Xiaoyao Power without Danggui and Baishao obviously shorted the immobility time in the tail suspension test and forced swimming test in mice, while the Xiaoyao Power without Chaihu, Danggui and Baishao had no influence on the immobility time in mice. On the other hand, the effect of single Chaihu was better than Danggui and Baishao compatibility, while the effect of Xiaoyao Power without Chaihu was worse than Xiaoyao Power without Danggui and Baishao. The effect of Chaihu with Danggui and Baishao compatibility was superior to Xiaoyao Power, single Chaihu, and Danggui and Baishao compatibility. All experiment groups had no influence on the auto locomotor activity in mice under the test dose. Conclusion ： It is suggested that Chaihu, Danggui and Baishao were the key composition parts of Xiaoyao Power for its anti - depression effect.
