摘　　要：本文在介绍3Q(智商、情商和逆商)概念及相互关系的基础上,剖析了现代军校学员的3Q特征,并从新军事变革对"通才"需求的角度出发,提出了围绕3Q锻造新型军交运输指挥人才必须从三个侧面共同着手的对策建议。This paper first introduced the conceptions of 3Q （Intelligence-Quotient , IQ, Emotional-Quotient, EQ, Adversity-Quotient, AQ） and their relations, then the the quality status quo of the cadets were analysed, at last the measures about cultivation system of new military transport talent based on ＂3Q＂ were given according to the generalist requirement in the military transform.
