快开式隔膜压滤机的主要特征及在煤泥回收中的应用

摘　　要：阳泉煤业集团二矿选煤厂因煤泥水系统处理能力不足,选择程控快开式隔膜压滤机进行扩能改造;该压滤机具有自动化程度高、机架强度高、液压系统安全可靠、自动拉板系统灵活准确、滤板强度高的特点;与该厂原来所用压滤机相比,该机脱水效率高、运行成本低,保证了选煤厂正常运转。Aiming at the insufficient capacity of slime water treatment system at the coal preparation plant of #2 Guoyang Mine,a diaphragm press filter with programmable quick-parting mechanism selected and installed for enlargement of its capacity;this equipment being prominent by its high degree of automation,high strength of equipment frame structure,hydraulic system being safe and reliable,automatic system for parting filtering frames being nimble and accurate,high strength of filtering frames;in comparison with the existing ones,it gives higher dewatering efficiency and lower operation cost,and ensures normal operation of the plant.
