摘 要:根据内蒙古某细粒低品位磁铁矿的矿石性质,以降低生产成本为出发点,采用阶段磨矿、阶段磁选工艺,可获得高品位铁精矿,在原矿全铁含量为14.03%、磁性铁含量为9.14%的条件下,最终可获得铁精粉产率12.73%,铁精粉全铁品位67.81%,磁性铁品位66.58%,全铁回收率61.52%,磁性铁回收率92.69%的选别指标。According to the mineralogical characteristics of the low - grade fine particle magnetite ore in Inner Mongolia, in order to reduce production costs, high degree iron concentrate was obtained by the process of stage grinding and stage magnetic separation. Under the condition of the run -of- mine ore of total iron 14.03% , magnetic iron 9.14% , iron concentrate of 67.81% total iron with a recovery of 61.52% and 66.58% magnetic iron with a recovery of 92.69% were obtained respectively with the yield of iron concentrate 12.73%.
