摘　　要：阐述了儒家管理思想中的人本思想、修己安人思想、中庸思想、无为而治思想,探讨了这些思想在现代图书馆管理中的意义。This paper expounds the people-based thought, the thought of cultivating oneself and being benevolent to others, the thought of golden mean, the doctrine of the mean Confucian, the thought of governing by non-interference involved in the Confucian management thought, and probes into the significance of applying these thoughts in the management of modern library.
