摘　　要：提出了图书馆自动化、网络化的发展框架,介绍了基础设施、应用平台、服务系统和安全管理模式等方面的目标及具体实施方案。This paper puts forward the development framework of automation and networking of the library, and introduces the targets and implementing schemes in aspects of the infrastructure, application platform, service system, and security management mode, etc.
