摘　　要：通过分析高校图书馆改革的形势,进而提出高校图书馆改革的原则,论述了高校图书馆与社会主义精神文明建设的关系。Through analyzing the trend of the reform of university library, this paper advances some principles of the reform of university library, and expounds the relationship between university library and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
