摘　　要：从我国科技信息服务业的发展现状及存在的问题出发,论述了如何发挥高校图书馆在开展科技信息服务中的优势,探讨了以高校图书馆为依托的现代科技信息服务业发展策略。Starting from the present situation of and the problems existing in China＇s sci-tech information services, this paper expounds how to give play to the superiorities of university library in developing sci-tech information services, and probes into some tactics for developing sci-tech information services with the support of university library.
