摘　　要：阐述了隐性知识的内涵及意义,分析了高校图书馆中隐性知识的运用,研究了高校图书馆隐性知识的开发,从而促进高校图书馆更好地为读者服务。This paper expounds the connotation and significance of tacit knowledge, analyzes the utilization of tacit knowledge in university libraries, and researches the development of tacit knowledge by university libraries to promote university library to serve readers better.
