摘　　要：阐述了复合图书馆是高校图书馆的发展方向,从管理理念、文献资源管理和人力资源管理等方面探讨了复合图书馆的管理创新。This paper expounds that the hybrid library is the development trend of university library, and probes into the management innovation of the hybrid library from aspects of the management concept, literature resource management, and human resource management, etc.
