摘　　要：阐述了图书馆软实力的含义,指出图书馆软实力的核心是馆员,论述了提高馆员素质的3个主要途径。This paper expounds the connotation of library＇ s soft power, points out that the core of library＇ s soft power is librarian, and discusses three important ways for improving the quality of librarians.
