低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射治疗脑梗塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：脑梗塞患者80例，其中40例采用低能量He—Ne激光血管内照射加常规药物治疗；另40例单纯常规药物治疗。结果：激光照射治疗组的治愈率37．5％，明显高于单纯药物治疗组（P＜0．05）。而且能明显改善血液流变学指标。Eighty patient with Cerebral Infaction were randomly divided into 2 groups: study group were treated with ILIB combined with conventional drug therapy and control group were treated only with conventional drug therapy. Reasult: both the cure rate and the total effective rate were significantly raised in the study group. (37.5% vs 17.5%, p<0.05; 95% vs 72.5%, P<0. 01). It also demonstrated that ILIB could significantly improve items of Hemorrteology.
