肝移植受者甲状腺激素与早期肝功能恢复的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨肝移植受者手术前后甲状腺激素水平的变化及与肝功能的关系。方法手术前后分别测定受者的甲状腺激素和总胆红素(TBil)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平并进行比较。结果术前受者甲状腺激素水平低于对照组,术后受者甲状腺激素水平高于术前,并与TBil、ALT呈负相关。结论肝移植术前甲状腺激素水平降低与肝功能损害程度呈正相关;术后甲状腺激素水平与TBil、ALT一起作为肝功能恢复的指标。Objective To observe perioperation change of thyroid hormone level and the relationship with liver function. Methods The thyroid hormone and TBil,ALT level were detected in perioperation and compared the results. Results The thyroid hormone level of patients was lower than that in control group before operation, the thyroid hormone level of postoperation was higer than that of preoperation. The thyroid hormone level had a negative correlation with TBil and ALT results. Conclusion The decrease of TT3 and TY4 levels in patients with liver transplantation were correlated with worse liver function, and the thyroid hormone, TBil, ALT ievel were as liver function recovery factors postoperation.
