高危出血患者无肝素透析治疗的护理

摘　　要：目的总结无肝素透析治疗高危出血患者的效果及护理要点。方法预冲、定时用生理盐水冲洗并敲打透析器,开大流量,保证操作顺利进行。结果除个例因特殊因素重新更换透析器重新透析外,大部分达到防止再度出血的效果。结论此操作行之有效,安全可靠,且效果令人满意。Objective To sumarize the effect of heparin-free hemodialysis and its nursing elements. Methotis The pre-rinsing, regular washing with normal saline and tapping dialyzer, the large flow could ensure a successfttl operation. Results In addition to several cases that need to replace dializer and redialysis due to some special factors,most of cases could be prevented rebleeding. Conclusion This operation is effective, safe and reliable,which results are satisfied.
