摘　　要：从低成本、便捷安装、高质量,特别是可移动式图像采集的需求出发,提出了一种基于DSP和CDMA网络的应用于楼宇、会场、车载等场所的图像采集监控系统;采集终端可以方便快捷地安装在临时或移动的应用场所,无需布线,就能够使采集的图像数据通过CDMA网络传输并存储在中央数据库中,解决了数据留存本地的安全性问题,并降低了存储成本;此外,用户还可以使用计算机通过Internet互联网,或者使用手机通过CDMA网络与终端设备通讯。In order to satisfy the requirement of moveable image capture with lower cost, high quality and one--shot installation, a new moveable and intelligent monitoring system is built in buildings and cars based on DSP and CDMA network communication. The terminal can be quickly installed anywhere, even floating application domains, without routing. Image data will be stored in the central database through CDMA network. This architecture not only solves the data security problem, but also reduces the cost of storage. Furthermore, the terminal can be used by users to communicate by computer through the Internet, or by mobile phone through the CDMA network.
