摘　　要：提出一种用全对称光学系统校正半导体激光固有像散，并用双胶合棱镜实现光束整形的新办法。该方法具有制造和装配简便等特点。给出了一种实用的设计方案和获得了高质量的聚焦、整形光束。文中还讨论了准直镜与双胶合棱镜的设计方法。A new method of using a symmetrical optical system for correcting the semiconductor diode laser astigmatism and using a double gluing prism for realizing beam shaping are described,which has features of easy making and assembling.A practical result of the design and a fine quality laser beam after focusing and shaping are given out.In addition,the design approachs to collimating lense and biprism are also discussed.
