摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理模式在喉癌全喉切除术后病人护理中的应用及其效果评价。方法:将该院2006年3月至2007年12月行喉癌全喉切除术后的110例病人实施舒适护理模式。结果:将舒适护理运用于喉癌全喉切除术后病人,能有效改善病人的焦虑状态,提高病人的舒适度及护理满意度,减少了手术并发症,有利于病人早日康复。结论:满足了病人的生理和心理的舒适需求,提高了护理质量。Objective： To explore the application and effect assessment of comfort care model in laryngeal neoplasms patients after total laryngectomy. Methods： Totally 110 laryngeal neoplasms patients experienced total laryngectomy were provided comfort care in our hospital from March 2006 to December 2007, Results： The application of comfort care in laryngeal neoplasms patients after total laryngectomy could effectively alleviate patients＇ anxiety, increase their comfort level and satisfaction with nursing, and reduce the incidence ratio of surgical complications, thereby contribute to their quick recovery. Conclusion： Comfort care is an effective way of nursing. The application of comfort care in laryngeal neoplasms patients after total laryngectomy could improve the patients＇ survival and life quality and meet the needs of patient＇srequirements of comfort in physical and psychological aspects, so the quality of care is improved.
