摘　　要：文中建立了一个随机内生增长模型,将人们的健康水平作为影响人们福利的一个因素(仅次于其他消费)引入效用函数,讨论了在一定健康水平下政策参数对经济增长和社会福利的影响.发现在低税率与低医疗水平阶段,增大征税(或私人医疗投入)有益于福利但有碍于增长;过高的税收(或私人医疗投入)对于福利与增长均无好处。The thesis talks about the impact of health on the economic growth and social welfare.Simultanely,the article thinks that increasing tax（or private health investment）is beneficial to welfare,but holdbacking economic growth;more tax（or private health investment）is harmful for both welfare and economic growth.It analyses some stochastic economic growthmodels which don t consider decision-making.At last the thesis get a simple conclusion that health is very important to economic growth in a society.
