地方高校计算机类人才“H型”培养模式建构与实践

摘　　要：在教育部等部委的办学思想的指导下,结合地方高校近几年计算机类毕业生就业的实际情况,本文以培养复合型和应用型人才为目标,按照"立足地方、打通基础、分流培养"的原则提出如何构建地方高校计算机类人才培养的"H型"模式及其现实依据,并探讨了培养模式的核心理念、内涵及特点,以及对该模式的一些实践探索和实施该模式的一些保障措施等。Under the school-running direction of departments of the Ministry of Education, taking the practical employment situation of computer graduates in local colleges in recent years into consideration, in order to cultivate a complex and application-oriented personnel, in accordance with the principle ＂ Based on the Departments, getting through the foundation, teaching students in accordance of their aptitude, distribution foster ＂. This paper provides the method that how to construct a H-type training pattern of students majored in computer science and technology, network engineering, software engineering and computer application, analyzes its basis of construction, core concepts, connotation, features, practical exploration and guarantee system.
