摘　　要：介绍浙江省医药卫生科技项目查新与定题服务网络平台的系统设计,包括开发环境、查新与定题服务流程以及主要功能设计,指出系统具有功能全、参与角色多、服务过程透明等特点。该平台可完成相关工作网上受理等功能,进而提高情报服务机构的服务质量和服务效率。The paper introduces the system design of internet platform in novelty assessment and selective dissemination of information of medical science and technology project in Zhejiang province, including the exploitation of environment , processing of novelty assessment and selective dissemination of information as well as main function design. This system has noticeable advantages, such as comprehensive functions, multiple participation, transparent service process, which could finish the relevant work on the internet, improve the quality of information service and enhance the efficiency.
