摘　　要：从学历、职称、性别、年龄及其他有关方面调查分析陕西省医院图书馆的人力资源结构及运行状况,探讨优化医院图书馆人力资源结构、加强人才队伍建设的策略。The paper analyzes the structure and operation status of human resources structure in hospital libraries of Shanxi province from following aspects： educational background, titles, gender, age and other relevant aspects, then discusses how to improve the distribution and proposes strategy for enhancing the quality of personnel.
