摘　　要：电子阅览室利用其现代化网络和计算机技术、特有数字资源优势,改变了图书馆信息资源的利用方式。介绍电子阅览室开放式信息服务的形成、现状和发展对策,指出这种自助开放式服务已成为信息时代图书馆服务的新模式。Using modern network and computer technology and characteristic digital resources, E - reading room has changed utilization modes of library information resources. The paper introduces the formation, current status and developing strategies of E - reading room open information service, and points out that this kind of service has become new model of library service in information era.
