前列地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察前列地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上前列地尔注射液10μg加入10%葡萄糖液200mL(糖尿病患者用生理盐水)静脉滴注,每日1次。结果治疗组及对照组心绞痛发作次数均减少,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组及对照组心绞痛发作时间减少,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组及对照组在NST、∑ST减少,临床症状好转,及两组心电图改变方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液能有效地控制不稳定型心绞痛的症状,改善心肌缺血。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Alprostrodil＇s treatment for unstable angina pectoris. Methods Conventional treatment is used for the control group; in addition to conventional treatment,intravenous drip of 200ml glucose （diabetes use saline） with 10μg Alprostrodil is used for treatment group once a day. Results The treatment group,compared with control group,the occurrence of unstable angina pectoris is reduced,and the treatment group is better than control group （P〈0.05）; the time of unstable angina pectoris attack is reduced,and the treatment group is better than control group（P〈 0.01 ）. NST, ∑ST in the treatment group is less than that in control group,so clinical symptoms are improved,and the treatment group is better than control group （P〈0.05） in ERG changes. Conclusion Alprostadil injection can control unstable angina pectoris effectively and improve myocardial ischemia.
