摘　　要：针对塑料拉伸标准GB/T 1040修订后拉伸性能部分定义及结果的变化进行研究,指出某些树脂或塑料产品在标准修订前后,断裂伸长率与断裂标称应变、断裂拉伸应变测试结果有较大差别,断裂标称应变可以更科学、客观地反映材料的韧性。建议使用塑料拉伸性能试验方法的科研人员,进行相关材料的拉伸断裂伸长率和断裂标称应变的比对实验,以保证科研工作的延续性。The main differences between the old version and new version of GB/T 1040 were studied. The different results of tensile elongation at break, tensile strain at break, and nominal tensile strain showed that nominal tensile strain was more precise and truer compared with tensile elongation at break. And it was also suggested that attention should be paid and necessary comparison should be done when using different definitions.
