对科技资源管理学科建设的认识与建议

摘　　要：科技资源是当代重要的战略性资源,开展科技资源的有效管理、加强科技资源管理的学科建设具有重要意义。阐述科技资源管理学科建设的必要性,提出学科建设的内容框架,包括学科定位、资源研究、管理研究、理论方法研究、事业发展研究以及案例研究等6个核心内容板块,还提出与此相关的科学学、资源科学、管理科学、信息科学、经济学、社会学等6个学科的支撑体系。最后提出促进科技资源管理学科建设的4条建议。Nowadays, sci -tech resources have become important strategic resources. It attaches importance to carry out effective managemen of scitech resources and enhance discipline construction of sci-tech resources management. The paper firstly introduces the necessity of the discipline construction, and then presents its content framework with six core content plates, including disciplinary orientation, resources research, management research, research of theory and methodology, undertaking development research and case studies. Besides, the paper also puts forward its support system with six related disciplines, including science of sci- ence, resource science, management science, information science, economics and sociology. Lastly the paper gives four suggestions on the promotion of discipline construction of sci - tech resources management.
