摘　　要：Wiki技术应用于企业知识管理,有助于企业的知识积累、交流、共享及创新。通过中国水电顾问集团贵阳勘测设计研究院的应用实践,阐述了Wiki技术应用于企业知识管理的诸多优势及产生的效益。Enterprise knowledge management is very important to enterprise knowledge accumulation, knowledge exchange, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. Wiki is a web2.0 application, has some characters, such as openness, cooperation, sharing and usability. HydroChina Guiyang Engineering Corporation is a high technology enterprise which has been engaged in hydropower station investigation and design for 50 years history. The thesis discusses some advantages and effects of the application of Wiki technology in enterprise knowledge management through a real application case of wiki technology in knowledge management of this corporation.
