摘 要:研究了不同添加量、不同孕育温度、不同孕育时间时,C2Cl6对AZ91合金的晶粒细化效果,对碳质孕育法的细化机制进行了讨论与分析。结果表明,C2Cl6的细化效果随着添加量的增加而增加,但当其添加量超过0.1%时,晶粒细化效果变化不大;C2Cl6的细化效果随着孕育温度的升高而增加,当孕育温度超过740℃时,晶粒细化效果变化不大;但是C2Cl6的细化效果基本不受孕育时间的影响。C2Cl6细化效果的变化表明,碳质孕育法的细化机制更有可能与碳的溶解有关,而与碳、铝反应生成Al4C3异质晶核的假设关联不大。Effects of additive C2Cl6 amount, inoculation temperature and time on grain refinement of AZ91 alloy were investigated, and grain refinement mecha- nism of carbon inoculation was discussed and ana- lyzed. The results indicated that grain refinement effi- ciency of C2C16 increased with additive amount or in- oculation temperature increase, but when additive a- mount was above O. 1% or inoculation temperature was above 740 ℃, there was no obvious improvement in grain refinement, and inoculation time had almost no influence on grain refinement effect of C2C16. It could be inferred that carbon dissolution was responsible for grain refinement of carbon inoculation, but not the formation of heterogeneous nuelei Al4C3 by reaction of carbon and aluminum.
