摘  要:采用2-乙基己基膦酸-2-乙基己基单酯(PC-88A)为载体,CHC l3为膜溶剂的大块液膜体系,研究了搅拌速度、载体浓度、pH、反应体系温度对镍离子传输的影响,测定了不同反应温度下的表观反应速率常数、镍离子在膜相中的最大值以及出现最大值的时间、镍离子在萃取与反萃取反应中进入和流出液膜的最大通量,获得了萃取与反萃取表观反应活化能分别为29.1和28.67 kJ.mol-1。结果表明,实验数据与理论值能够很好的吻合,镍离子的迁移过程可以以两个串联的准一级不可逆过程描述,在此实验条件下化学反应为控速步骤。The effects of stirring speed, carrier con- centration, pH value and reaction temperature on transport of Ni (Ⅱ ) ion through bulk liquid membrane with 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid- mono -2-ethylhxylester as carrier dissolved in chloroform were studied.The kinetic parameters including apparent rate con- stants of Ni( Ⅱ ) ion extraction and re-extraction reac- tions, the maximum concentration of Ni ( Ⅱ ) ion in the liquid membrane, the time of the maximum value of maximum concentration of Ni (Ⅱ ) ion in the liquid membrane and the maximum entry and exit fluxes of Ni( Ⅱ ) ion through the liquid membrane of the ex- traction and stripping reactions were evaluated. The apparent activation energy values were 29.1 kJ·mol-1 for extraction and 28.67 kJ ·mol-1 for stripping, respectively. The results indicated that experimental da- ta agreed well with theoretical predictions and the ki- netics of Ni( Ⅱ ) transport could be evaluated by two consecutive irreversible pseudo-first order reactions. Chemical reaction was controlling procedure.
